Can I use this app for pharmacies outside the region of Cyprus?
Yes, you can, but it makes no sense for you to use it, as it lists only the pharmacies inside the region of the Republic of Cyprus.
How do I know that the information about the pharmacies and on-calls is correct?
We get the main volume of data from the Pharmaceutical Services (Ministry of Health). As the information changes, we try to update it, but we take no responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.
How can I help if I spot a mistake?
You can contact us either from our website or via our app from the Settings area (Wrong or missing information).
How can I help the pharmacy's information be more reliable?
While in the pharmacy's details, you can tap on the Feedback icon on the bottom right corner and upvote or downvote the location or the on-call status of the pharmacy. This way, the users will know whether this pharmacy has the correct location or on-call status. At the same time, it will give us the chance to go and update it with the correct information.
Does PharmaCY app keep any user data?
No, we do not keep any user data. There is no login required to use the app.
Does PharmaCY app keep track of my location?
No, we only use your location to sort pharmacies based on the distance from you, show your location on the map, and calculate the navigation path. Location data are only used on your mobile device and we never store it in our database.
What happens if I choose not to share my location?
The app will work, but we will set a fixed location (somewhere in the middle of Cyprus) for you. This way, you will not get correct information regarding distance and navigation.
